Course on request for groups of 6 or more Making a Bach flower blend In this course, I would like to make the flower essences that Edward Bach compiled together with you, and discover their ingredients where they naturally grow during a plant and herb walk. You will see how easy and joyful it is to make a healing Bach flower blend for yourself and your family. In addition to learning about the Bach flowers and how they are used for us humans, this requires a little practical know-how and a particular inner attitude, grounded in respect, childlike curiosity, and plenty of joy. The practicing physician Edward Bach, who lived in the early 20th century, set out at that time to search for very particular plant personalities. He found 37 plants and “Rock Water,” which we know today as “Bach flowers.” Bach flower essences and their contribution to charity While working with sick people, Edward Bach noticed that there are certain personality types or states of personality associated with particular illnesses. To bring a personality that had fallen out of “flowing equilibrium” back into a healing balance, Bach looked for someone in the plant world. This plant should be able to help th

Yet this connection to nature is a key to inner contentment. Forest bathing, also known as Shinrin Yoku, offers a mindful stay in nature, helping us promote our physical and mental health and strengthen each person's awareness of the forest ecosystem. However, Shinrin Yoku is not only a health concept and a way to promote a sense of community. It can also be understood as practical nature conservation, because it encourages us to be more mindful in and with nature. Forest bathing for businesses: What the forest can do for your health. You would like to contribute to the well-being of the Earth with the Native American pipe and feel called to take on your spiritual responsibility through pipe ceremonies. In this training, you will learn to conduct pipe ceremonies mindfully and in harmony with nature and all beings for various rites of passage, such as weddings, funerals, letting-go rituals, initiations of young people, and so on.The Native American pipe is sacred to the Indigenous peoples of the Americas. It was given to them by the White Buffalo Calf Woman when they had lost contact with the Creator. Through the sacred pipe, the Indigenous peoples connected with their higher selves and with nature. They see themselves as co-creators with nature. Like Jesus in the biblical story, they were able to perform miracles with the help of the pipe. They did so with an awareness of a special responsibility that continues to this day: as pipe carriers, they safeguard something that is alive in a spiritual world. Like every family member, the sacred pipe also needs mindfulness, care, and a loving heart. Each pipe has its own power: some affect the weather, some have a healing effect, and others bring the truth to light. There is much more within you than you believe. The firewalk offers you an intensive day for personal alignment, realizing your potential, and reconnecting with your inner peace. You set clear goals, reflect on your values, and encounter your own limits through the power of fire. In the evening, you can choose voluntarily to walk across the hot embers and take this special experience with you into your everyday life.

We see it like Pippi Longstocking  "The storm is getting stronger—and so are we!" With Firewalking PLUS, for the first time we are offering you the opportunity to powerfully anchor your direction together with us on the Sunday after the firewalk. This can be a boost on your journey toward inner peace and the full development of your potential. We will provide professional guidance so that you can clearly see and express your next steps on your journey. The pioneer in cell biology and bestselling author Bruce Lipton writes in his book "Spontaneous Evolution" quite aptly: “Regardless of whether the mechanism that makes firewalking possible is physical or metaphysical in nature, one thing seems clear: Those who expect to burn themselves on the coals do burn themselves, while those who do not expect it remain unharmed.” As a firewalking instructor with over 25 years of experience, I can only confirm this. On Sunday, you can clearly define and take your next steps. You can find photos and feedback on our website, Elementar Erfahrungen. https://www.elementar-erfahrungen.de/kurs

The story of the Peacemaker’s journey dates back to more than 1,000 years ago. Since then, it has been preserved and passed down to the generations that followed: At that time, there were five warring tribes in North America, south of the Great Lakes. A terrible war raged between them, dragging on for a long time and bringing great suffering to the people. This is where the Peacemaker’s journey begins: he was a man with a vision of bringing peace to the five tribes and uniting them. How he realized this vision on his journey, with the help of others, is the subject of the story. Today, these tribes are known as the “Iroquois” or “Haudenosaunee,” and they continue to live together in peace. Although the story takes place in another time and a different cultural context, it is very inspiring to many people and is surely relevant to these turbulent times we find ourselves in. Rainer Besser of the Corvus Wilderness School on Lake Constance is traveling to join us in the Teutoburg Forest to tell the story of the Peacemaker, as has been done for many generations. It inspires us to bring reconciliation and forgiveness into our relationships.
