The voucher can be easily redeemed during the checkout process for all bookable courses on www.wildnet.earth, provided the course provider participates in the voucher program.
The voucher and any remaining balance are valid until the end of the second calendar year after the year of purchase. Example: If purchased in 2025, the voucher is valid until 31.12.2027.
Yes. The voucher must be entered before completing the checkout process. Retroactive redemption is not possible.

If a course is canceled by the organizer, their general terms and conditions (GTC) apply. If a refund is issued, the amount redeemed via voucher will be credited back to your WildNet voucher balance. You can then use this credit flexibly for a new booking via the platform. A cash payout is generally excluded.
In case of cancellation, the cancellation conditions of the respective provider apply. If a refund is granted, the redeemed voucher amount is transferred to one of the provider’s own vouchers, which can only be used directly with them and no longer within the WildNet network. It is up to the provider to offer alternative solutions, such as a rebooking. A cash payout of the voucher amount is generally excluded.
