Allowed event and offer types

Offers published by providers on WildNet must be expressly limited to the permitted event types described in paragraph 1.2 of the Terms and Conditions (B2B).

In particular, this describes and includes nature and outdoor events that primarily take place in the great outdoors and whose essential content and purpose is nature-related activities. Nature-related activities include, but are not limited to, hiking, trekking, climbing, nature observation, ecological education, water exploration, or similar activities that focus on direct engagement with the natural environment and its phenomena.

Disallowed event and offer types

Events whose primary purpose or content falls outside the aforementioned framework are not permitted. This is established in Section 4 of our Terms and Conditions (B2B) and applies to all sellers on WildNet.

  • Offers that violate applicable law, official regulations, or guidelines

  • Content that promotes or includes hate, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities

  • Events related to:

    • Intoxicants, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia

    • Weapons, ammunition, or other regulated items

    • Obscene, sexually explicit, or youth-endangering content

    • Gambling, pyramid schemes, or fraud-prone financial transactions

  • Transactions or offers that are explicitly prohibited by common payment service providers – especially according to their acceptable use policies

We reserve the right to remove or reject offers that violate these guidelines at any time and to take appropriate action against the users providing them.
