Reporting Copyright Infringements
At Wildnet.Earth, we respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same.
Wildnet.Earth may, under certain circumstances and at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate user accounts or access for users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights or other intellectual property rights. We will respond to complaints about copyright infringements committed through our website (the "Platform") that are reported to us in accordance with this policy.
If you are the copyright holder or are authorized to act on behalf of one, you may report suspected copyright infringements occurring on our Platform by following the steps below. Upon receipt of the report, we will, at our sole discretion, take any actions we deem appropriate, including removing the reported content from the Platform.
Reporting Suspected Copyright Infringements
Identify the specific copyrighted content you believe has been infringed. If multiple items are involved, you may provide a representative list of all content you believe is being infringed.
Identify the content that you believe is infringing or the subject of infringing activity, and provide sufficient information to help us locate the material. This should include at minimum the URL of the page on the Platform where the content can be found.
Provide your contact information: your name, address, phone number, and email address.
Include the following statements in your report:
"I hereby state in good faith that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use)."
"I declare that the information in this report is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
Please also provide your full legal name and an electronic or physical signature.
