About this Course
Welche Pflanze ist das? Kann man die essen? Und welchen Nutzen hat sie sonst noch für mich? Wer sich auf Wiesen, Wegesrändern und in Wäldern umschaut kann aufgrund der Vielfalt an Pflanzen schnell den Überblick verlieren und verzweifeln. In diesem Kurs werden wir sehr praxisorientiert das Tor zur heimischen Pflanzenwelt öffnen und das Erkennen, die Verwendung und den Nutzen von Pflanzen in den Fokus stellen, sowohl für den alltäglichen Gebrauch als auch in Notsituationen.

Packing List
- Zelt/Tarp/Hängematte
- Isomatte
- Schlafsack, evtl. kleines Kopfkissen
- scharfes Messer mit feststehender Klinge (falls noch nicht vorhanden empfehlen wir zum Einstieg Messer der Firma Mora)
- wetterangepasste Kleidung
- Mütze/Hut --> Sonnenschutz
- wetterfeste Schuhe
- biologisch abbaubare Seife
- Handtuch
- Sitzunterlage!
- Notizblock und Schreibzeug
- Teller (flach/tief), Tasse und Besteck

- sonstiges für den Eigenbedarf (z.B. kleine Snacks, Medikamente etc.)
Board & Overnight
- Die Übernachtungen erfolgen draußen in der Natur, im selbst mitgebrachten Zelt oder Tarp (Plane) oder in einem unserer Shelter.
- Bei der Verpflegung legen wir Wert auf Bio/Demeter Qualität. Wir beziehen unsere Lebensmittel von einem lokalen Biohof. Die Mahlzeiten sind immer vegetarisch zubereitet und bestehen aus Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen.

Naturabenteuer Niederrhein: Wildnispädagogik und Selbsterfahrung
Seit unserer Gründung im Jahr 2015 bietet Naturabenteuer Niederrhein Kurse und Ausbildungen in Wildnispädagogik an.
Zu nennen ist hier unser Herzstück, unsere Wildnispädagogik Ausbildung. Aufbauend und ergänzend dazu bieten wir unsere einjährige Survival Trainer Ausbildung an, eine jahresbegleitende Wildpflanzen Ausbildung und die Ausbildung Wildlife: Fährtenlesen und Tierbeobachtung. Wochenendkurse wie unser Kurs Pflanzenwissen ermöglichen das Kennenlernen unserer Arbeit. Spezifische Kurse wie unser Kurs Messerschmieden ermöglichen das gezielte Vertiefen von Wissen und Erfahrung.
Naturabenteuer Niederrhein verfolgt das Ziel, den Menschen wieder stärker mit der Natur, seinen Mitmenschen und besonders sich selbst zu verbinden.
In unseren Kursen und Weiterbildungen geben wir das „alte Wissen“ weiter, Fertigkeiten und Fähigkeiten zum Leben in und mit der Natur. Dabei geht es uns jedoch nicht nur um „Skills“. Die persönliche Entwicklung, Selbsterfahrung und das Erweitern der Komfortzone auf verschiedenen Ebenen prägt unsere Arbeit und ist immer Bestandteil unserer Angebote. Neben der äußeren Wildnis gibt es in jedem von uns auch eine innere Wildnis, die entdeckt und entfaltet werden möchte
