About this Course
You are a leader. Perhaps you already hold a leadership position, but even if not, there are times when you are called forward, whether it be with friends, family, at work, or in service to others—even with your pet. Yet the first and most important leadership role you play is in guiding yourself through life. You are a Mentor as well, whether formally or informally, as you are guiding by example just by being alive.
Why Study Leadership?
The bottom line is that you are going to lead, and you are going to do it either by default or design. By studying leadership, you are developing your full potential. This enables you to effectively share your gifts with other people, and with our world, in service to bring positive change.
Leadership by Nature
The big question, then, is not whether you are going lead and mentor, but how. You have two choices: the way of our culture or the way of Nature. Our most revered and successful leaders, such as Mahatma Gandhi, Abraham Lincoln, and Nelson Mandela, have chosen Nature’s Way. You can follow in their footsteps, and this Training shows you how.
You may not be able to mentor with a Gandhi or Mandela, yet you have a willing and readily available mentor: Nature. And you have your own inner nature, which intuitively knows how to lead so that people will not only be inspired by you, but want to step up and lead with you. This Training is held in Nature, where you are surrounded by the best leadership examples and shown how to wake up your own inner leader.

What You Learn
This workshop is for both established and aspiring leaders. You get solid grounding in the skillset you need to become the fully empowered leader you were born to be. You learn to:
- Lead with grace and respect, rather than authority and position.
- Identify a low-frequency Leader, and what makes a high-frequency Leader.
- Go from victimized follower to empowered trailblazer.
- Generate high frequency
- Maintain demeanor in the face of rejection and criticism.
- Listen with presence, as the best leaders are the best listeners.
- Transform rebellion into collaboration.
- Convert typical stress and failure pitfalls into stepping stones to success.
- Bust the myths of the alpha male, the need to be smart, and more.

Unterkunft: Für SeminarteilnehmerInnen stehen mehrere Mehrbettzimmer im Schloss, sowie unsere Zeltwiese als Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Dort kann gezeltet oder im WoMo/Bulli/Auto übernachtete werden.
Verpflegung: Neben einer handwerklichen und frischen Zubereitung der Speisen, liegt uns auch die Regionalität und Saisonalität, sowie die nachhaltige Produktion unserer Lebensmittel sehr am Herzen. Den Grossteil unserer Zutaten beziehen wir vom lokalen Grosshandel Naturkost Erfurt. Darüber hinaus verwenden wir bevorzugt Produkte aus regionaler Direktvermarktung, so zum Beispiel die Milchprodukte unserer Landwirtin Christiana Schulerund den Honig aus unserer schlosseigenen Imkerei.

Als zertifizierte Life Mastery Consultant hat Lety vielen Menschen dabei geholfen, ihr Leben selbst in die Hand zu nehmen, Führungspositionen zu übernehmen und ihre Träume zu verwirklichen. In ihren dynamischen Führungsrollen bei gemeinnützigen Organisationen und Selbstentwicklungsorganisationen hat sie viele Menschen inspiriert. Von ihrer Maya-Curandera-Großmutter lernte sie, wie man führt, indem man als Katalysator fungiert und sich dann zurückzieht.

Seit 20 Jahren steht OdeMakwa in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Tamarack und Lety und wurde langjährig von ihnen angeleitet. Sie bringt intensive Erfahrung in der An-und Begleitung von Menschen in Wildniskursen sowie als zertifizierte Life Mastery Consultant und ihr früheres Engagement als politische Organisatorin in unsere Trainings ein. Sie leitet außerdem Projekte zur Wiederherstellung der Umwelt und ist die Programmdirektorin der Brother Wolf Foundation.

Derjenige der als Übersetzer für Wolf dient, ist Tamarack Song, der den Wolf kennt, wie ihr euren Partner und eure Kinder kennt. Er lebte mit einer Wolfsfamilie zusammen, die ihn auf dieselbe Weise unterrichtete, wie sie es mit unseren frühen Vorfahren tat. Die Wölfe gaben Tamarack die Anweisung, ihre Lehren an seine Mitmenschen weiterzugeben. Deshalb schreibt er eine Reihe von Büchern über das, was er gelernt hat, er leitet ein Forschungsprojekt über die Wolfssprache und gibt Workshops über Wolfsökologie und das friedliche Zusammenleben mit Wölfen. Zusammen mit Tamarack begleiten Euch seine Partnerin Lety Seibel und die langjährige Begleiterin OdeMakwa. Lety wurde von ihrer Maya-Curandera-Großmutter in den Wegen der tiefen Kommunikation und intuitiven Verbindung unterrichtet. Lety und OdeMakwa haben sich die Wildnis mit Wölfen geteilt, und sie behalten die Wolfsfamilien, die in ihrer Gegend leben, im Auge. Ein lokaler Naturführer, der die Wölfe in der Lausitz kennt, schließt sich uns an.

Mit unserem umfangreichen Kursprogramm für verschiedenste Zielgruppen gehören wir zu den frühen Pionieren von Wildnisschule. Freude, Lust und Neugier sind die treibenden und verbindenden Kräfte für junge und alte Menschen bei uns seit 1997.
Die von uns angewandte Lehr- und Lernmethode Coyote Teaching hat ihren Ursprung bei Menschen, die seit unzähligen Generationen draußen leben und diese Methode erfolgreich praktizierten. Sie ist eine sehr wirkungsvolle Weitergabe von Wissen und wir garantieren nachhaltige “Aha-Momente”.
In Deutschland führten wir 2003 die erste Weiterbildung Wildnispädagogik ein.Die Vielfalt an Wildnisthemen sensibilisieren für das Natürliche und Einfache, schärfen Wahrnehmungsfähigkeiten, laden zu Abenteuern vor der Haustüre ein, verbinden mit Natur und stärken die Persönlichkeit. Sie werden zu wertvollen Begleitern des alltäglichen Lebens.
Viele Einstiege in Wildnisschule sind möglich: für Interessierte und Neulinge bieten wir unterschiedlichste Wochenend-Wildnisthemen an sowie den Wildnisbasiskurs und die Wildnispädagogik I. welche die fundierte Grundlage für weitere Lehrgänge und Aufbaukurse bilden.
Seit 2007 bieten wir in unserem Wildnismentorprogramm Ausbildungen zum Wildnislehrer und Wildnismentor an (Vorraussetzung: Wildnispädagogik I).
