Further Training in Process Facilitation in Nature
About this Course
Nature as mirror. Change as a path. Space for inner and outer guidance
Learn to support people through life transitions and questions with the help of nature.
Life is constant change. Since time immemorial, people have turned to nature with their questions, especially in times of uncertainty and not knowing, when the old must be let go and a new direction is needed. Alongside their crisis-like qualities, these times hold tremendous potential for growth. Nature can support us in remarkable ways. Through its cyclical existence, it teaches us about the eternal coming and going and offers space for age-old human processes of growth and transformation.
At the same time, things do not inevitably happen by themselves in nature. It can be helpful to have someone by your side who knows the inner and outer landscapes.
As a process guide, you support people in finding their own answers and experiencing healing through their connection with nature.
In this training, we offer you a wealth of methods and a compass to help you guide people in this powerful space of nature.
In this training, you will learn, as a process guide, to create a suitable framework in which nature can unfold its full power. In this setting, people connect with nature in such a way that, beyond well-trodden “thought paths,” they can find their own answers and experience them directly.
As a guide, you are the “midwife” who offers impulses in the spirit of self-empowerment and provides competent support so that people can uncover the solution they already have—their own “medicine”—and then sustainably integrate these insights and experiences into their lives.
Nature is a teacher, supporter, guide, and mirror. It has answers to questions and concerns; it helps people recognize and release blocks, and enables healing, clarity, and strength so that their own energy can flow powerfully.
Strengthening your own connection with nature is essential. Over the course of the year, you will learn about and from nature, connect with it, and experience what it means to be in contact with nature and the elements in every season.
As a foundation for this training, you will learn about the 4 Shields, a medicine wheel based on Foster/Little (School of Lost Borders)—an ancient and powerful tool for guiding people in nature.
It helps you place people and their life processes within natural cycles, understand them on a deep, natural level, and determine from this which developmental steps are needed.
The training is also a journey of self-discovery and requires a willingness to engage with your own life themes. You will walk your own, unique soul paths and experience the power of self-actualization and becoming whole—a powerful foundation for competently guiding others along these wild paths.

Structure
Duration and scope:
The training consists of 6 weekends lasting 3 to 5 days, with a total of 23 seminar days. Intensive support over the course of a year!
We deliberately offer the training in person, live, in nature. This makes it possible to experience nature directly in every season, with all its qualities, and to learn from it. The frequency of the seminars also enables intensive exchange within the group, creating a supportive network for this training and allowing participants to experience the healing power of community.
Between modules, there are prompts to deepen what you have learned. During the winter months, this also includes opportunities to exchange ideas in small groups. At the same time, you decide for yourself to what extent and in how much depth you engage with the respective topics between seminars.
The training also includes an individual practical project, which helps you integrate what you have learned and experienced into your personal and professional life.

Locations and meals:
The training takes place at various seminar venues, offering the opportunity to experience different qualities of landscapes and places.
During the warmer months, the seminars take place at forest campsites in a wonderfully secluded location in the Central Black Forest. This gives you the opportunity to experience the power of nature and the elements up close.
During the cooler months, we stay in seminar houses—once in an old Black Forest farmhouse near St. Märgen and twice in a group house near Hornberg. We will also spend plenty of time in nature there, while having a warm place to retreat to and the opportunity to warm up by the tiled stove.
The food is (predominantly) organic and locally sourced.
Reviews
WildNet.Earth Review Policy
Each rating result ranges from 1 to 10. The overall rating for a course is calculated by adding up all the ratings submitted and dividing them by the number of ratings. We use a weighted system: more recent ratings have a greater influence on the overall result.
Participants can also submit sub-ratings for important course areas – such as organizer communication, course management, content & learning progress, procedure & implementation, venue, catering, and accommodation. Sub-ratings and overall ratings are assigned independently of each other and are not necessarily directly related.

Wildnisschule UrNatur
