Living in clan, exploring native lifewayDate Wild Moon: 05.07. – 01.08.2026 Location: near Södertälje, SwedenIn the Wild Moon we live as a clan in the wilderness in northern Europe for one whole moon cycle. When we travel we do it by foot, or by canoe. We drink the pure wild water from streams and lakes. Whenever we are hungry we go out on the land, and gather the gifts that the mother provides. We are a clan, and we do everything together. Whenever there is something coming up, we sit together and talk in a circle, and everybody is held in their struggles. While the children go out and collect blueberries, and play with the squirrels, the elders are watching them from afar. Some go fishing, while others prepare food, or return from their explorations, bringing greens, berries and stories. When the sun is low everybody sits around the fire and shares stories while having a big feast! We feel truly at home in the wilderness. We step into the footsteps of our ancestors.
