About this Course
Für fortgeschrittene Freunde der Wildnis veranstalten wir im Sommer ein zweiwöchiges Camp auf unserem noch etwas wilderen Platz in Schwedens nördlichem Värmland. Hier beginnt die Taiga, der große nördliche Nadelwaldgürtel, welcher die Heimat von Elchen, Wölfen, Vielfraßen, Luchsen und Braunbären ist. Weite Wälder, unzählige Blaubeersträucher, dicke Teppiche aus Moos, bunte Moore und klare Seen sind ihr Lebensraum. Wir haben das Glück, diese erst sehr spät und noch immer spärlich von Menschen besiedelten Gebiete erkunden zu können und tief einzutauchen in die Wildnis Skandinaviens.

Für unsere Erkundungen zu Wasser stehen uns mehrere Kanus samt Ausrüstung zur Verfügung. Der große See am Fuße des Berges lädt zu Übernachtungen auf seinen wilden Inseln ein. Durch die scheinbar endlosen Wälder können wir ewig wandern und von den Bergen bis nach Norwegen sehen. Für die Übernachtung in der Wildnis gibt es wertvolle praktische Tipps und Anleitungen. Im Camp üben wir uns im Wildnishandwerk und realisieren kreative Bauprojekte. Hier entsteht im Laufe der Zeit unser eigenes kleines Dorf.
Structure
Gemeinschaftlich sorgen wir in Clans für unser wildes Wohl: Wir sammeln und zerkleinern Feuerholz, kochen und backen am Feuer, holen frisches Wasser aus der Quelle und dem Bach, sammeln essbare Pflanzen, Beeren, Pilze und angeln Fische. Wir verbinden uns mit dem einfachen, aber herausfordernden Leben unserer Vorfahren und werden wieder wilder.

- Jugendliche mit Wildniscamp-Vorerfahrung (Es ist wichtig, dass ihr bereits mit den grundlegenden Strukturen vertraut seid. Sprecht uns im Zweifel gern an.)

Contributions should have a clear connection to the course or experience and help other participants make an informed decision. Personal attacks, religious or political statements, advertising, or support requests (to the organizer or WildNet.Earth) do not belong in reviews and will be removed.
Posts must be suitable for a global audience. Obscenities (even in creative writing) and content that contains hate, discrimination, violence, sexual depictions, or illegal activities are not permitted.

Wildnisschule Waldschrat
Die Wildnisschule Waldschrat ist eine BNE-Umweltbildungseinrichtung am Rande des Naturparks Märkische Schweiz. Die Angebote richten sich in erster Linie an Kinder, Jugendliche und Familien. Im Fokus ihrer Arbeit stehen u.a. die Themen: Naturhandwerk, Spuren & Fährtenkunde, Vogelsprache, Wildpflanzenkunde, Wildtierkunde, Ökologie, Ernährung, Wahrnehmung und Achtsamkeit. Die Teilnehmenden der Angebote lernen die regionalen Naturräume zu schätzen, sie zu schützen und Ressourcen schonend zu nutzen. Außerdem wird vermittelt, wie ein gesellschaftliches Miteinander auf Augenhöhe funktionieren kann. Das Lernen findet partizipativ, oft subtil und häufig spielerisch statt.
